Having to answer to a boss is a fact of working life. But what are your options when you're undermined by the person whose goodwill you need? Sure, you can lash out or call human resources. Unfortunately,companies are like Vegas casinos: The house always wins.So what to do now....tell me How to handle a bad boss

Well Deepika, am not sure am ripe for this as am having the same problem too, But I can assure you of one thing; you have to somehow make yourself indispensable by knowing your duties and knowing them in and out. let the beef come from some other area and he won't find it easy letting you go because when it comes to the overall growth and progress as well as result of the company's growth he won't compromise.

kill him with kindness (or her with kindness). If you are pleasant and keep your positive attitude, maybe he will change and start being nicer to you. Or you could bring it up in casual conversation, maybe they don't realize they are doing it at all. If all else fails, find yourself a good voodoo lady and put a curse on him Just kidding!!
