How Many Use A Downline Referral Program?

I just joined a downline referral program and it seems to be a good offer. You basically join other sites for people and earn points and then you can click ads on their site to earn points as well to either be used for money or to be used as points to get people to join your own site. What I love the most is they have to be active for the amount of time you tell them to be. Has anyone else joined a site like this? How has it worked out for you?
