Do you prefer to take a walk in the morning or in the evening

Taking a walk is good for our health.But when are we doing it?In the morning or after supper.I prefer to have it after supper because I find it eay to recover from tired.after a night rest.If I have it in the morning,I have to work after it and I feel tired all day long.I like walking with friends and the conversation relax me from tired.I like walking after supper.When do you like to do?thanks

I usually walk in the morning.I spend about 30 minutes walking to the station every morning on workdays. That make me relax and have time to think about what things to do today.

I enjoy taking walks in the evening the most. In the spring and obviously in the summer, the air is still warm but the hot sun isn't usually still out. I like the calmness of the evening. It's also better for me to take walks in the evenings because of my job, but on the weekends I enjoy morning walks once in a while. I guess a lot of it depends on the mood I'm in.

I think walking at night is a good thing with fresh air and out of the sun. Its good to do in a nice place. =)

Walking is real good for our health..I usually try to get out their in the morning and get in a good walk right after breakfast, and then i try to get in another one in the evening after i eat supper. But i do not have to go to work, so i have plenty of time to get 2 walks in....

I perfer to take a walk in the evening. In the morning, it's always the rush hour for me. Frankly speaking, I don't have the habbit of getting up early. I think after a day working, when we finished our dinner, to take a walk and to relax our body can help us own a good sleeping.

There is nothing better than finishing a evening meal and going for a walk. It is very relaxing and it helps me relax enough to go to sleep when I go to bed. When I take a walk I just do a leisurely stroll enjoying the night air and the night sounds.
