OK, now don't get me wrong, I like sunflower seeds, but not as much as I like toasted pumpkin seeds. Some people will say there isn't a difference in taste, only size. To me, I notice a difference. If I had to choose one over the other, I'd say pumpkin seeds. Which one do you prefer?

I have heard that pumpkin seeds are good, but I've never ever tasted them. I like sunflower seeds as long as they are shelled, I don't like to have to have to shell them myself. However, I've never even seen pumpkin seeds sold. I guess that's why I've never tried them.

Wow. I'm surprised you have never seen them in your supermarket. They are there. Also, you can get them fresh out of the pumpkin if you carve a pumpkin for Halloween or if you get one to make pumpkin pie for turkey day. Just clean them off, pat them dry, and leave them in between paper towels to dry over night. Arrange them on a baking sheet, spray them with a little butter spray, bake until golden brown. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and YUMMMM! You don't have to shell them. You eat the shell. They are soft enough to eat and add to the flavor. You should try them.
