Do you remember your first crush?

Do you remember the first time you had a crush? How old were you? Did anything ever come of it? Does it make you laugh or smile to think about it for whatever reason? I have been sitting here trying to think of my very first crush and I think it was in 6th grade. I had a crush on a guy who went to school with me, actually everyone had a crush on him. He never gave me the time of day. He spoke to me but he never knew that I had a crush on him. He was real cocky and knew that girls liked him. I can remember years later that I had moved away and when I moved back he hadn't changed. He was still cocky and knew that the girls liked him. LOL Oh well I can look back now and laugh because I haven't thought about it in a long time but at that time it made me sad to think that I was so insignificant that he didn't even know I liked him.

I think i was in kindergarten, and im about 7 years old.. haha! He have this wavy hair, brown eyes and an angelic face that even adults, love to pinch his cheek coz he easily turns red. He would always be "the" escort during school activities and plays the cupid in our valentines day celebration. Of course most of us little girls then had a crush on him. Then after kindergarten he moved to another school. I saw him again when i was in college he still looks the same.

Hi Prncesfrmheaven, Thanks for this nice discussion. If i haven't seem this discussion, i won't think about my crush again. It was in my high school, grade 1, there is guy, he was tall, and he played basketball, and he have a nice looking, i think i have a cursh on him. But all i do is just looking at him when he come cross our classroom. Not many friends of mine know that i have a crush on him. My face just turn red everytime i saw him, i still can remember that scene. We never talk because i was so shy to even look at him. I think he knew that i like him, i am just no-confident on myself, so i never talk to him, it a pity for me now. I never saw him again after graduated. But i think no matter what is the result, the processing is the best part.

I suppose that a lot of people do remember their first crush. I would have to say that I had my first bout with having a crush at the age of about eleven. It was another boy in class about my same age. I thought that he was so unique and adorable. Sometimes I wonder what ever became of him. Of course there were other girls that liked the same boy so there was a little bit of competition. We used to hold hands at recess me and this boy. But it was not very serious being that we were so young. It is kind of funny how I am able to remember something that happened over thirty years ago. Sometimes something significant in our lives happen and we don't forget about it for years to come. I have one of those memories that can recall a lot of good and not so good things.

I love this question because i remember my first crush. I was 12 and he was 21. I thought he was the most perfect creature that i have ever laid eyes on. Of course he would not look my way because i was only a little girl. The good thing is that his brother and my sister started dateing so i had him in my life all the time.I had relationships in between but man did i still have a crush on him. My sister and his brother broke up 5 years later, but something good came out of it. Because i was already having my first child he considered me an adult and i finally had the courage to ask him out. I was 17 and we nowhave been together for the past ten years. We are married and have a son and another son on the way.

Of course, I still can! We were on our 5th grade by then. There was this thing called "filler" which happened to be the medium of our communication wherein we write there the things we want to say to our fillermate. We were school mates but of different class. My bus mate, who was his classmate was the one who introduced us to each other and was also the one responsible in giving to us the filler back and forth. I wasn't interested with boys until that time came. When we were on our 6th grade, we continued that communication in school. I felt that I'm falling in love with him, puppy love as what they call it. And I felt that he feels the same way too. It was valentine's day then and he actually said in the filler that he would give something to me. I was surprised when he gave me a rose. It was my first time ever in my life to be given such a flower by a guy. Since then, we started texting each other. He even would call in our house and we will talk over the phone for several hours. In the later days of our 1st yr in highschool, he confessed to me his feelings and started courting me. But when we had spent our vacation by that time, I didn't actually got a call or even a text from him. When school had begun, I let him down for I feel that he was still immature. All our communication was cut by then. Two years had gone by and I was pretty sure of what I'm feeling about him but unfortunately for me, he already gave up. He had moved on and in a relationship by now. It really hurts letting go someone you love and seeing him with somebody else. I guess, it's my turn now to let him go. *sigh*

I was 10 yrs. old then. He was our class president and I was the vice president :) We always work hand in hand in school activities. He is good looking during those times. But feelings faded when I was around 14 years old :)

I was in elementary school, and his name was Roy. I was being chased in the school yard by someone, and Roy turned around and grabbed the person and scared him away and asked if I was okay. And I had a crush from then on out.

Hi, I had my first crush when I was 16. It was my brothers friend and he was elder than me 4 years. His look impressed me. He knew I had a crush on him and adviced me that I am a young girl and should not feel such way. Dont you think this is abit humilating. I feel so embarased when I think of what had happened now. Now when he comes to see my brother, I do not look at him. I feel shame. He is getting married in two months. I am thinking whether or not to attend it. Thanusha

I cannot remember my first crush anymore but I do remember my first love, that never been given a chance. Actually I never realized that I loved this girl only after we graduated on high school because she has a boyfriend already. And after graduation, and we all separate on our own paths I've been always thinking of this girl all day long and I can't get rid of her on my mind. I made a promise to myself that I will find her and wait for my time to let my love for here be returned for me too.
