What is the best way to exchange money online ?

Many have some money in PayPal and Alertpay or Liberty Reserve Online money, and other call it payment gateway, So how we can exchange from trusted source to another gateway... without getting scammed !?

i think paypal maybe the best way to exchange money here on the inetrnet,it is really convenient to use ,but there are also some bad effects in it ,it really costs us a lot when you withdraw the money from it. how better it will be if it doesnt charge any fees from us ? what do you think of this ?
