if u want to speak or learn english more, do join any classes in u'r area who teaches spoken english. in net u can;t learn more.
or u can see english tv channels more ,and see how they speak and hear their pronounciation also . so see these english channels more ,for more days, and talk in u;r house ,how they talk .and make a conversations with u;r family members and friends with english daily .then after somedays u can get good english like americans speak.
talking process should be done more ,in u;r house, then u can speak english properly. with proper practise with anyone ,u can be number one in english speaking.
u can also see some english audio cd's which have english grammer , and tells about english pronounciation.with it ,u can talk in u;r house ,like the words in that casette and make a practise ,by putting that cd more times daily .

If you really wanna practice your oral English, I suggest you find a real person to talk to, not by msn. You know, speaking english in front of a computer is very different from speaking to a foeigner in the real world. You may nervous, and you have to give a feedback instantly in the real. While sitting in front of the computer, speaking English by msn, you can think about your sentences for minutes.

You can practice your English through listening on movies, radio, and many other sources. You don't have to invest your chances in mylot, or MSN. There are many ways for you to practice English well. Good luck to you then!
