Did Ted Failon shot his Wife?

Major news agencies in the Philippines are scrambling over the death of the wife of oen of the Philippines most prominent news anchor Ted Failon.
Philippine National Police (PNP) are now releasing statements that Ted Failon and the wife committed suicide both got negative in the paraffin test.
The question still stands: Did Ted Failon shot his wife? Or if it is really true that she had committed suicide, why did she got "negative" result in the paraffin test?

We never know what really the exact incident and who's to be blame on this because the whole involve in this crime are from the whole house hold. I have also doubts to Ted Failon for he is a veteran as a broadcaster and he has also some knowledge about "where to get some evidences" which in the case all the evidences that might be the answer to the crime, they cleaned it up from the bathroom to the car that have been used for delivering his wife to the hospital.
