Pet Insurance.....or not?

Do you have pet insurance? Would you consider it at all?
We have 5 "boys" and I wouldn't think of not having insurance for them but with the economy the way it is some people are seriously struggling just to get by, with out this vital componet of life. Do you have pet insurance? Would you consider it?
