how to stop grinding teeth at night.?

during night time or every time my husband got tired from work i really having a problem with him, he always grinding his teeth at sleep time specially at night. how can i stop him grinding his teeth?

but grinding teeth during sleep time was very disturbing and also not good for the teeth but i've hear some article why people grinding their teeth at night its because they dont have any comfortable feeling before bed time also they are in stressful cause,

Does your husband know that he grinds teeth while asleep. Did you tell him? Do you know how long he is suffering from this problem? The problems like these can be cured with homoeopathic treatment.

he doesn't know about it,i told him and he can't remember either,so i have planned to get some video if he grinned his teeth again, as i have known we been married for almost 7 years and ever since he did it, im worried about his teeth every time he grinned he seems like he eat a lot of stone or like an ice cube being blend inside the mixer.hahaha

Use a mouth guard before he sleep yea . that will lessen lots of noise.
