What's the longest time you disappeared from mylot and what makes you come back?

I have been away from mylot of up to at least three months at a time. I tend to just drift in and out as the mind sees fit. When I am here I try and post like crazy. I love watching my cents add up. I also find that my myplot participation is directly related to how much writing I am doing. When I am writing well and thoughts are flowing I tend to find myself here a lot more. If however I am experiencing a writers block I stay away. I must say though my presence depends a lot also on the discussions being posted by friends, I only ever drop in on a good one :)

Hi there. Like you, I disappear from myLot from time to time, depending on how busy things are in real life. My longest hiatus may have been only a month and a half, though. I guess I usually come back to myLot since I enjoy writing and starting/responding to discussions usually serves as a good writing exercise, especially when I have writer's block. Also, the site is fun and I've met some pretty interesting people here. I doubt I'd ever leave myLot completely.

Er...I left for about a year and came back once I heard they started paying again, xD it makes me feel a bit old, realizing how long I've been on this site. It's been interesting. Sometimes I don't visit much 'cause life gets busy, insane, drama-filled, ETC, ETC. Sometimes I just get burnt out and can't really find the inspiration to really feel OK with talking on here...or anywhere, for that matter, heh.

im out in my lot for a month i guess because i don't still have my net connection. now that im online daily i guess there's no reason for me to do myl ot alot. aside from the enjoyment i get this is also my way of exhausting my stress in life. i also enjoyed responding to topics that i can relate to.posting also improves my English.

I have been away from mylot for about a year and that happened after a few days I have signed up. My earnings was so low then that I it took me more than a year before I reached my payout.

Wow, that's really long...Because i'm new around here and i'm having my vacation, i haven't really experienced being away from mylot that long...Maybe i will when my school starts and the lab reports and assignments starts piling up for me, and when i really have no time to mylot. The only longest time i hadn't mylot was a few day ago, i hadn't had the time to come to mylot because of some errands i had to run..And when i come back, usually i'll think of mylotting after i do this, and that when i really have nothing to do..I just can't keep away from the discussion..i love responding to people..=]

Hi wondericequeen, 9 months away from mylot site. It is really too long and awful to me! I always try my best to login here daily. It’s already a routine for me to report for duty here daily seems like a primary school pupil! The longest time I stay away from mylot is two week or so. Yeah, I was leaving for Turkey at the end of last year. I spent my fortnight holidays happily with my good friends there. I felt exhausted when reaching home after the 8 hours or so flight and more than 5 hours bus riding. After having hours of proper rest, the first thing I did when getting up was logging in mylot site and to check my profile Have a great day and happy posting.

LOL The longest I have been away was December of last year...I was gone the whole month...and will probably be again this year. Every December 1st our online game, EverQuest2, has Frostfell for the whole month. It's the Christmas celebrations with special quests, games, presents and all kinds of neat things. Hello wondericequeen, I am trying to be here as often as I could, whenever I have free time. I don't log in here as often as I was before due to the busyness. The longest I disappeared from this site was about 4-5 months. I just can't leave without notice and no matter what, I will try to catch up with my friends here.

I've been away for more than a year and tonight I decided to come back. I was too busy during this year, I moved to a different country and had a new job. Tonight I found myself wondering if I could get back to earning online and remembered I have an account in MyLot. It's just too sad that my earnings went back to $0.00 but I don't really mind. I just love pouring my brains out tonight. And the discussions are kind of interesting.

I had three part-time jobs, but now I don't, so I'm back. I just didn't have the time.

Hi, wondericequeen! I have been away from myLot about 3 times in long periods. The first time was for 5 to 6 months. This was because, I was moving and going through some very hard times. The second time was for one month, but less than that. I kept into contact with myLot then. It was because me and my husband were going through some marriage issues. And the third time was about 3 months, because I moved again. The first time that I was away, I was not even a member of myLot, so disregard the first response. I hate being away from myLot. There was also one time that I could not log into myLot for over a week. I was so sad. A member was copying my discussions word for word. And I think that was the reason why myLot suspended my account.

I was really active when I first signed up, and posted a great deal. Then I kind of lost interest. After a while, about three months, I came back. I'm not sure why. It was in main due to the fact that they raised my rent by 110 dollars and I now have to really struggle to make ends meet, hence I have been doing all kinds of things online to try and make money, Mylot is only one of them. But I am glad I'm back.

whoah!!! i disappeared for more than 5 years just because our internet line got cut off., its just now that i reinstalled it and that i reagin again the time to mylot... i miss this site so much... i even gain so many friends from different side of the world... and thats what keeps me coming back for more... not just by having money from it., but also for friendship...

I do a lot of surveys so I come back here when ever I catch up on them and there's no more surveys to do for the day. The longest time I was away from here was right after cashing out the first time a year ago, I left for about 5 months and wasn't going to come back but I did! This place seems to draw you back in for some reason.

Disappear from MyLot? You're kidding! The longest I've ever disappeared from MyLot, if you want to call it disappearing, was a day or two, when I might have been busy with other things, or using the computer for other work. I like to try and get on here a little bit every day, and see how far I can get.

I signed up here on myLot 3 years ago (you can see it on my profile to proof it) but I started using this site last February only. I was inactive during those times as I was busy with my work with the multi-international company and I was also travelling that time. Its only lately when I became unemployed and looking for other ways to earn money when I read a blog (during my research for earning online) and the author said that he is here on myLot and he is being paid every now and then...that was the time that I realized that I am a member of myLot. I didn't really know before what myLot is and didn't believe that it really pays. So I am back here for good.

the longest that i was away from mylot was 4 months. like now , i only went back here after a month and a half because i was so busy doing my day job and i don't have the time to post. at times, trying out new sites during my break time and studying ways of earning money through blogging. i am getting the hang of it, though.

Well, i've literally just come back (this is the first disussion i've replied to) after being away for many months, i don't even know how many, possibly a year even! I've just been so busy with my real life i guess! I came back becuase a friend of mine posted the link and reminded me that this place exists!

I was gone about a month (seemed like two) when I was offline due to travel and other circumstances, mostly time constraints. I came back as soon as I could but cannot get to all of my friends's conversations. I hope they will understand.
