Whether female fitness is different from male fitness? Do you think there is a lot of difference between the two of them or is it almost same? Depending on the gender there are a few differences that can be seen but apart from that do you think that there is much to be taken care of ?

i have tried enrolling on a fitness gym before but stopped because of hectic schedule and less time to have it done. im hoping i could find time soon. when i ask my fitness instructor about how to get in shape and lessen my fats in my body. he said that i must used cardio exercises and lighter things to use for my arms as not to make me more fat if ill stop the gym. therefore, males and females have different fitnesses to do. it really just depend on how you like it done. do you want to stay fit? or gain weight? or put in shape and a nicer muscles... all of this really depends on you. but the things that are used for males and females are all just the same.

Well. Wmoen accumulate fat in different spots like legs and tummy and behind the arms. And it is harder to get off. They need different diet plans. Also men don't have babies so their body have not changed from that in that way. men get bulkier quicker. Also women mostly do not want to bulk so they do more cardio and less weight. When I lift weights I do less weight and more sets and reps of weight. Men eat tons to bulk up and women need to eat less. men also work on chest, back shoulder like crazy/ There are so many differences.

yes there are differences, for example women need more iron than men do,
also body building women's bones are smaller you don't want them to have those hugh muscles men have, only a few women like that.
