I think I tried it before when my brother did someting with the desktop computer. It was okay, got used to it after a short while but, I had to remove it after a while too as it was another program that I am sure not most of us at home would use. I try to minimize the installed applications by removing those that we don't get to use so that we can still have more space and if we need to install something new and needed, we can always do so.

I have tried safari browser in my windows XP.
About it's appearance, it's cool with its nice interface and buttons and it's scroll effect of options. But it's not showing a satisfiable performance in XP.
My favorite browser is Firefox and I cannot give it up in any situation.

Don't get fooled. The people that do know what is the most secure are the hackers themselves. And they say Windows is securer than Mac. There are just less viruses written for Mac because less people use them. The viruses are in Windows advantage. They have to update their software to keep it a bit safe. Because Mac has less viruses they don't give security much attention. This makes them more vulnerable.

Safari is not my first choice but I have used it before and have kept it on the system. Safari is fast, but there are many aspects to be looked at. Several shall be mentioned here.
The browser is minimilastic, and this partly contributes to its speed. But a full installation requires a karge amount of hard disk space whnen compared to many othe rowsers like Firefox and Opera. Out of all the full-fledged browsers Opera has the smallest footprint, meaning it is more efficient.
Safari has a small user base therefore there are less viruses written for it. But when it comes to security I do not trust it completely. The first time I installed Safari a hacker from Korea managed to take over some control over the browser.
In conclusion I would say that it is good. The overall distinction belongs to another browser.
all the best,
rosdimy

Yes, you are right my dear friend that Apple Safari is now available for Windows Xp and am using it since a long time. It Blocks Pop-ups more than any other browser available and the look is also nice.
It's light, user-friendly, really fast and really secure. I like using it. It's Secure for real.
Available as a FreeWare on Apple's Website.

Yes you can use the browser Safari in window xp too. Earlier I used to keep but now I do not have that one. Its good but it is just heel if the Net connection is a bit slow. For fast Net connection Safari is really unique.
