If you are unsatisfied with your food in a restaurant, do you send it back?

Personally I don't. But I will complain to management when I leave. This doesn't happen often because I'm generally not a picky person.

I will..but it has to be really bad. I'm not really picky either but I do expect it to be edible. I don't want to have to pay for a meal I can't eat and then have to go home and eat anyway..lol..Like I said though..it's not often I have had to do this. I'm pretty easy going and things don't have to be perfect for me to enjoy them. Take care.

To me there is a difference between not liking the taste simply because it's a food that I turn out not to enjoy, and disliking the food because of poor quality and service. If the food is too soggy or dry as if it were old or made incorrectly then I send it back.

There is always someone who asks if everything is/was ok with your meal. If it was, I'll say how much I've enjoyed it. If it wasn't, I'll tell them. If its a reputable establishment, they will want to know if/how they've fallen short of expectations. On one occasion, a staff member became abusive and insulting when I gave an adverse comment on the food. I had no intention of being drawn into an argument so paid the bill and contacted customer services. I received 2 letters of apology and vouchers to use in another branch, as the one in question was closed down.

well i wont do it generally , but if i find the food is unhigenic then i would surely send the food back and ask the manager to brink it again. normally i just go in trusted restaurants to eat food. the managers of those restaurants know me well and they wont do such a mistake .

Yes i would because I feel I paid for a meal and I should have it brought to me correctly. If not I will return it, I am not a picky person either but I feel I should pay for what I asked for.

i remember the last time i complained for the uncooked hamburger from a fast food chain. well, i let them replaced the burger. but after that, i happened to watch from a local tv show about the things that the staff might do to your food (like spitting, putting some dirt..etc) and the thought that they've done that to the food has almost made me vomit.. i've decided that from now on i won't let the staff replace my food, if possible i will ask for a refund...

I wouldn't, only for fear of what they might do to it but if it is really bad, then you should. Why be forced to eat and pay for something you didn't order or that was horrible. If you notice that you seem to complain about your food often, I would have to say, you are picky, even if you don't think you are.
