What do you take daily for body's protien requirement...?

Hi....we know the importance of protien foods we can't be strong and healthy enough without them ,so what kind of food or drink do you take for this.....i think dinking a glass of milk is good enough ,even eggs are good option, some people are afraid that they will gain weight and avoid such things.so whats in your diet today...?

I too drink a glass of milk every day and have been drinking it since my childhood but i don`t drink it plain but with Bourn Vita. During my childhood there wasn`t Bournvita but we could get Ovaltine so i would take milk with it. Then later on i switched to Bournvita. I also consume eggs 3 times in a week and sometimes 4 times too. At home i do not have non veg but sometimes my friends cook chicken and send it to me which i have. I also get some proteins from vegetables.

yes even i dont like plain milk .vegetarians can get protiens from pulses ,beans etc.....

Drinking milk is good and has calcium even. Proteins are available in many other substances like pulses, grams etc. But too much proteins also makes us gain weight which is very tough to be reduced later. Whatever food we take we must have to do sufficient work out even to remain healthy, not just go on eating. Not only proteins, minerals, vitamins , carbohydrates all these are also essential but every thing must be taken in limited quantity and everything is equally important to our body.

yes you are right we have to take limitedly....and also exercise ia important.....
