How do you get referals?

Is there a site where you can post your link for referal? Coz I dont have any referels in any of my site. I dont know how have one. Can anyone share me how do they get referals? thanks a lot mylotter! ^_^

For getting referrals in the sites, you can also buy or rent referrals on a monthly basis payment. So that even if you cannot make it or search anyone by yourself, you can get the new users directly as your referrals.
