My review center, where I'm reviewing for a major licensure examination is giving us a whole lot of options for memory enhancement and are personally testifying the benefits of herbal meds for the instructors high speed brilliant brains. They usually recommend "Gingko Biloba" they said it relaxes the ventricles in the brain, and making you more at ease in absorbing more information. They also recommend "Valerian" to reduce anxiety on testing day and enables you to think. I don't know, but whenever I'm advised with something, I google about it, and herbal meds has their own side effects too as any other synthetic drugs. One rumor too, from a friend, though I don't rely on it but it's scary, saying that Gingko can actually cause mental block in worst cases. I can't take a chance like that, what if it happens on the actual exam? But I believe in taking in anything healthy, so I just do my best, have enough exercise and sleep, and relax, I think we just have to make it simple and basic and our body just responds in our favor. Ciao!
