Tenderloin south american style recipe
Ingredients: whole tenderloin, 3-5 tbs sea salt and 1-3 tbs olive oil.
Prep: take the olive oil and the sea salt rubb the tenderloin with both, put it on the oven at 350 until the internal temp is 160 farenheit (use a food thermometer).
Now you serve this with red wine, mashed potatoes and steam vegetables and a sauce called "chimichurri" or green sauce it's made with minced garlic minced parsley and oilve oil. The secret in this recipe is to use only sea salt and make the chimichurri but it's optional
