What is the most intense dream or worst nightmare you have ever had? The worst ones I have always revolves around a woman. I have never seen her face, but she shows up in my dreams from time to time. I can't do anything to stop the chaos that she causes me, and I can never get to her to stop her from doing anything she wants. Does anybody else here have a recurring dream theme? The dreams I have with her in it are always different dreams but she shows up so often.

The recurring dreams I have always revolve around my children. Greatwolf and I have two sons ages 1 1/2 and 2 1/2. The dreams always deal with someone trying to take my children from us. They started when I was pregnant with our first child when I would have a dream that we went to check on him in his crib and he was gone now it is both of our sons. Does anyone else have dreams like this about there children? It is my biggest fear and I am sure that is what my mind is feeding off of.
Greatwolf, I hope you can figure these dreams out. I know how bad they get.

I think that's because you love your children very much. On the other hand, the dream might also be resulted from your suffering from pregnant. Take it easy, nobody would take away your lovely children. That is only my own opinion, because what I know about you and your husband is really little, so my opinion might not be that valuable.

I can't help trying explaining your dream with Freud's the Interpretation of Dreams. LOL! I think the woman might be someone who had appeared in your early childhood and had affected your a lot. According to Freud, many dreams are always related to memories about early childhood and most of the time you can hardly to call out that memories which cause your dream. Turning to the hypnotist can help people to find out what and who you cannot call out in your memory.
