I'm about to get a $10.00 payout for simply just reading e-mails sent to my e-mail and taking the occasional short survey. It really didn't take much time and I made this money in a little over a month. I could have made more but I really haven't invested more time into it. Harris Polls is a good one for stuff you can buy with points earned by taking surveys. Takes a while to get enough points to get anything good but it's not a scam and I have gotten several things from them.

I would propose www.41percent.com. It is open to international members too, although it doesn't have many offers for your country, they put new ones everyday plus you get $3 per active referal you refer
