I have recently set up a network in my household. The people using these computers aren't very "internet savvy", so I expect that we will get viruses. I'm mainly in charge of this network, but I need to get anti viruses for each computer. The windows computers aren't a problem, but one is a mac. I don't have much experience with mac's, so are there any decent anti viruses for it? Preferably one that is free.
Thanks,
TNF

Unlike with windows, virus in mac computers are very rare. I think it was lately when someone penetrate the system of mac. Anyway, the chances in getting viruses in a mac pc is very low. Windows viruses are ineffective in mac! If people using the pc is not aware of this things, antivirus may be useless, unless your antivirus has an outstanding performance like avira.
