how do u steam vegetables and fish??

Hi i just wanted to knw which is the easiest way to steam vegetables,fish and crab?

Hi Amirev, I have a steamer tray in my rice cooker, but I seldom use this. Instead I use the Chinese wok, fill it with some water, and place a wire tray on top of the water. Then I would place the plate of vegetables, fish or meat on the wire tray.

hi now i have got the idea how u steam the vegetables and fish-by basically passing hot staem over it-but what is the diffence between boiling and steaming?which one is better?
