this site needs more people

I am registered to this new site and all I can say its a very modest site. It earns from he cooperation and teamwork.. I just love it...Although it needs more member for it to get the quota and for them to pay us... Where could I get referrals or new members for it?

What kin of site is it?? If it needs quota before the site pays, then i think it's not really a good site.. For u are promoting for them, and yet there's a limit to how much members it must have?? I wont mind if that site is paying good.. BUt if it's not, then i wont waste time in promoting it.. For not much ple will be interested if there's not proof of payment..
