need help with neobux

Hi, Anyone here know how to contact neobux via email because i recently joined it, but cannot login now gives error of some incorrect time in my computer from last 2 days, so please any one here willing to help me? little guidance will be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe your account is not yet verified. Or maybe there's some error when you registered. I don't know how to email them. If you can email them and still can't open your account maybe the best thing to do is to register again. You can see their banner in my profile page. Good luck.

hi locrain welcome to the mylot community I hope you have a great time here. Maybe your computer clock is incorrect because for sucessful login you need to set your time correctly. If the problem still persists then you can probably contact neobux by opening a support ticket. Hope this helps you out. Happy mylotting

same problem is happening with me as well as far as i know my time is set correctly according to IST and wven updated with windows but still it gives me the error as "your computer's clock is incorrect". please help me.... i cannot even go the login page where it asks for username and password.

I am haveing the same problem as you...I havent been able to get into the site since yesterday afternoon...cannot even get into the forum to even ask for help in there, as far as I know thats the only way to even reach neobux other than the contact form which doesnt help much when you cannot get into the site...plz if any1 else is reading this and can get into the site plz send a contact to them letting them know there is a problem ...not sure if its cause of where we are located or not but I am in Canada.

thnks bhokali, how can i open a support ticket? i mean what's the procedure? i sent a mail to their e-mail address from which i received activation code. they replied with "you have sent an email to unmonitored email address, to reach our support please send a support ticket." they didn't mention how or where to send the support ticket. Do you know how to send support ticket?
