Are you contented with your life?

There are many questions that we have in our mind if what we have or we are now in our life is comfortable for us.. Am I comfortable with what i have now? Am I comfortable of what i am doing? Am I contented with this kind of life or I want more? and many more... But for me, I can say that sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zone to pursue what really is we can say "I'm contented with this"... The only thing that is constant in this world is change... For now, I'm not yet contented of what I have.. what I am now and what I can do... I'm longing for more... I can say that I can just be contented in my life; if I can do all things that I want to do, and God wants me to do.. and fulfill all His plans for me before I go home with Him. That's where I can say... "I'm contented of my life's journey in this world." What about you?

Well, i must admit that i'm not contented with my life.. i've been suffering from a disease that is stopping me from having a happy normal life.. yay! i'm very much happy and contented with some aspects in my life like having a beautiful family, loving hubby, nice set of friends, online opportunities among others.. but when it comes to the health aspect, yay! i hate it, i really do! sometimes i wonder why.. why this illness was given to me, of all people! i'm not a murderer or something and i think i don't deserve to suffer like this.. you know, as much as i wanted to make my parents proud, i can't.. as much as i wanted to help other people, i can't..

But if we really see the meaning of our life maybe then we can appreciate God's Purpose... Just strengthen your faith... You have a pure heart, God will listen to you.. God bless

I guess there will always be an aspect of a person's life that he/ she wants to change. I have a great family, a loving husband, 2 wonderful kids. All of us are in good health, no major sickness, just colds and cough every now and then. I believe that God has been good to us. But still our finances needs rehabilitation, we still have lots of obligations and debts to pay aside from the usual monthly overhead like utilities and food. Despite this financial situation, I am glad to have the peace of the Lord to be upon us. So I guess I can say that I am quite happy with my life, contented in the hands of the Lord for I know that he is in control

i will admit i am not contented with the quality of my life. there are lots of tings that i don't have . i am not talking about money though. i may say that i don't ahve money too but i am not actually uncontented just because of lack of money. i am more talking about the kind of relationship i have with people, friends and family. i think i have failed miserably on this area. cause it is very big deal to me cause i believe that life is meant to live to have good relationship with other people. and so sometimes i feel that failing on this area means to live our purpose in life. and i hope that i will be able to improve my uqality of life on this rea. cause it is not easy to live life when your relationship with other people is affected. i think that we do with out much money as long as we are healthy and have the basic needs and are at peace with other people.

Firstly i think that no human is satisfied with his or her life. it is always human to want for more.even if we say openly we are contented with our lives actually we are never. i too say i am not content i want to do many things before i die.and i will always keep on trying for it. content does not mean only with satisfaction with worldly pleasures or material pleasures.but i think content comes from within how much we are content being a human. happy mylotting

Great question, first of. Am I content with my life... To break it down as you did; I am content with who I am as a person. As to where I am in life, what I'm doing, and achieving God's plan for me, I'd have to say that I feel a little discontent. So in a nutshell "My contentment in life is a work in progress."

I can not say that I am happy with my life. I do love my wife and two sons, but there is no one whom I can call up on the phone or to go visit. I would love to have friends and relatives out there. Also, it is very hard on us being poor. It is hard for me to buy enough food for us, pay the bills, and provide what is needed for our autistic son. I need money to help him.

I am not contented with my life right now. The fact that i dont have a job right now. What I do the whole day was watch tv, eat, go online almost everyday. there's nothing good going on in my life. I cant have the life that I want. My classmates in college are regualr in their jobs. I graduate late that why I'm not like in their position. But I'm still gonna pursue my dreams until i have the life thath i want.

I am still looking for my life's mission; therefore not fully content with it. I want to do lots of things with my own life but there is so little time it seems. Hence, I have decided to live by ''no idle moment'' motto. Nowadays, I make sure that I always have something to do, regardless of what it is. This makes me feel a little more happy. I feel that a life that is filled with purpose is a rich life, worthwhile to live. But I also know that human nature will always need something else in the pursuit of happiness. Cheers!

I think life contentment is first and foremost health. It's sad to be rich and famous just to later suffer the deadly effects of bad health. Even saints who seem assured of a place in heaven will suffer lots in this life if they neglect their health--and this to me is far from having life contentment. By all means, let's have life contentment now and the hereafter. If you keep healthy, then that's the first step to having life contentment. Thus, I always believe it pays to invest on health. By the way, this will help reduce body fat, in case it hinders in your living a contented life: http://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=152046&s=38
