do you exercise?

sad to say i do not have time for exercising, it makes me weak. the other year i had enrolled in a gym and it helps me a lot, it energizes my body and of course it makes me feel healthy and fit. i like running and walking in threadmill. what about you? what type of exercising do you do?

Sadly, like you i had not time to exercise..Neither do i have any buddies that are as determined as i am to work out...Like you, i absolutely love the treadmill...If it's not the gym, then the stadium would do just fine for a few rounds of jogging...sigh, maybe i shall try ask m classmates out to jog in the school stadium instead..haha..=]

I do occasionally exercise, but it's not as often as I would hope. I usually go to the gym, in order to do some exercises. It depends on the day, but I usually use the treadmill, the track, weights, just to name a few things. There are just certain things that I feel comfortable using at the gym, which is why I keep re-using them, when I go to the gym. I usually go alone, however.

Hey there! I started taking group cardio exercises last month. At first I couldn't catch my breath but now, I'm actually catching up. I also try to play basketball every Sunday for exercise.
I enrolled in the gym so that I could do some strength training and overall core strengthening. I just started last week but it feels really good.
