Do you use MSG?

Hi all, im just asking if evryone in here is using MSG when they cook! Is it bad to use it? happy Mylotting Everyone!!!

MSG or monosodium glutamate has been found to be cancerous. although there is really no direct effect to he person but it predisposes the person to certain forms of cancer

Hi, killua55! Welcome to myLot! With the seasonings that I use to cook my chicken and vegetables with. I use, products that does not contain MSG. Mrs. Dash and Lawry's seasoning salt does not contain any MSG at all. I am very particular about the amount of sodium that I use on my foods and eat at that. I have never had High Blood Pressure in my life, and I don't plan to ever have it either. I have two friends of mines that has High Blood Pressure. I know that High Blood Pressure comes from many reasons, but I don't want mines coming from the usage of my salt intake.

Ah thats good! Some said its good not to use MSG! I agree with them!!!hehehe!
