how to dismiss some greed QC?

I am a merchandiser in an import and export company.some of my biggest customer want to inspect the goods before shippint out!of course ,that is ok,and it is good for us also i think.but to tell the true,i am not so happy with some QC,due to she/he is a hog,who always ask me to bill them for wonderful lunch or dinner or even ask for somethingelse,such as our products or even money,some of them is too excessively to take the deposit of the room charge which our company booked for them.sometimes,i am thinking bringing a lawsuit against them ,but i am afraid they will not let our goods pass next time,that is so boresome,is there any one have a good idea?please do not hesitate to let me know ,many thanks.
