Can anybody share their views or their practices in reducing work stress by natural way not by taking medicines

Medicines cannot relieve you from stress. It is only temporary. What is required is relaxation techniques which god has given us. Meditate for 30 minutes in a day by suspending thoughts in your mind. You can have one thought - that your aim. You can meditate, concentrating on only one thing. Let that run through your blood veins.
Second one is physical exercise - either brisk walking, jogging for youngsters, yoga for those who cannot walk 4 to 5 kms., swimming for 1 hour.
Chat with family and friends with smile and laugh and that will do a lot to relieve the stress. Read books and magazines. Look at the greeneries in a park or man-made forest, if natural forest is not near you. These are some of the cost-free techniques of reducing the stress in real life.
