Have you ever sent an email to Pickjack and received a reply

Hi mylotters, I have sent emails to Pickjack in the past and never received a reply, out of interest I was wondering if anyone has ever sent an email to Pickjack and received a reply. They have a 'contact us' link at the bottom of their main page and once you send an email to them a little message comes on the screen that says, 'we will reply shortly' but they never do...at least not in my case. Have they ever replied to your email?

I sent a mail to them once, to remove one of my questions they did not reply and did not remove the question. I think the admins there have a lot more work to do if they want to maintain their site. Not replying to a members email is unprofessional, a bit like the site really

I have had to send a message to them a couple of times when I got a mail saying they had paid me and nothing turned up in my PayPal. The response on both occasions was prompt and included an explanation (and apology). I am beginning to wonder, though, if it's their normal practice to send out a mail saying 'You have been paid' and then to forget about sending it to PayPal as well! I suspect that it's a very small concern (maybe even a one-man show) and they reply only if they think there is a reason to (not that I'm saying that your messages weren't valid, cogent and really needed a reply!)
