Do you prefer to buy clothes or make them?

When i was young my mother often bought me some fabric and sent it to a tailor to make clothes for me.Now i have no talent for sewing and i always buy clothes in stores or markets. It is very easy to find a suitable clothes for me.I think if presons who are very thin or fat,it is hard to find suitable clothes for them,it is necessary to make clothes.

I prefer buy them because i have no ability to make them ;)

I have never been a sewer. My mom always made a lot of our clothes when we were younger growing up, but then I never was one to catch on and want to do it, so I have never had the desire to make my own clothes. Plus with the Cost of material, etc. I find it cheaper usually to go buy something New as well. I am a Thrifty shopper though, and will usually buy something from a Clearance rack if I can, or on Sale just to help save me some $$ as well.

When the price of cloth materials haven't gone-up, l do make some of my own clothes. But, that was a few years ago. Now, l usually go buying all my family clothes from the hypermart when got members' discount day. Now, not worth sewing your own clothes anymore. Actually, now l only sew bedsheets, pillow case covers and window curtains, when lm free at home..

I can't make them so I'll buy them. If I want to make clothes out of any fabric that I buy, I'll go straight to my personal tailor. She already know how to make them. I did learn how to sew, but it was more of a disaster and I ended up ruining the fabric. I can't even master simple sewing technique! That is too bad since there's a lot of craft project that I would love to try.

I prefer buying. I just don't have the talent to make clothes, even if I have the materials in front of me. I do designs though, but I look for them in stores and don't make them. I'm good in suggesting to put some artworks and pimp a blouse or jeans but I don't do it, cause as I've said I'm no good in sewing, etc.

It takes me about 10 minutes to find a cute shirt in any store i walk into even if it is just walmart. I can always find a good deal on shirts where ever i go. I don't know how to sew so making my own clothes is not the way for me at all, so i prefer to hit the mall every once in a while or i go grocery shopping at walmart i might walk through the clothes section and take a look there and i might get lucky and find something for a good deal. Now if i knew how to sew i probably would make some cute things, but i don't so oh well.
