how many times do you brush in a day??

I brush them at least twice a day. Once in the morning, after breakfast. They, for sure, before going to bed. But every time I have to go out, or have company, or eat something too spicy, I brush them. Floss is important too: the brush never gets everywhere.

i brush in the morning after breakfast, after lunch, after dinner, and then before bed, so at least 4 times a day. i often brush more than that. my mouth always feels dirty and i want it to be clean.

I try to brush them twice a day, but sometimes, I'll forget to brush them one time, or something like that. But I try to brush my teeth at least once a day, if not more than that. I like to take of my teeth as much as possible.

I brushed 3 times a day, after every meal, to protect my teeth from plaques and cavities.

I brush in the morning everyday. I also try my best to brush before going to bed, but its not always possible especially if I come home late or I am sitting on the computer till midnight. Even I think brushing is the most boring thing you can do, but well there are some things you have to do. Even if its boring!

I usually brush twice sometimes three depending on what I have eaten in the middle of the day. I brush when I first wake up and then before I go to bed plus I Floss at night.

i brush when i wake up and when i go to bed.. i wouldnt want to brush more than that because i would be afraid i would damage my teeth

Brush teeth twice a day, one morning, before bed time. This is a healthy way to protect the teeth, at noon, I have a mouthwash. Dental health is very important, if your dental problems, is likely to lead to the emergence of many diseases.

I brush once in the morning... I brush in the evening, but its not regular....

A dentist will tell you that the most important time to brush is at night time. This way you get all the yuk out of your mouth before you go to bed and aren't putting anything in your mouth. It allows your teeth to dry and is free of germs (from food that is). Of course, who wants to smell morning breath! YUK!!! So you should brush every morning, if nothing else, out of respect for others, but definently at night for health reasons.

I brush once in the morning and once at night, but most of the time it goes up to three times if I eat a sweet snack or drink pop during the course of the day. Those things could rot the teeth and I prefer preventing cavities rather than having to sit on the dentist chair!

i love brushing teeth but only in the morning... As soon as i get up i'll search for cig and then only i'll brush.. ya..i brush only once a day :)
