When your feeling a bit off what do you do

When I'm feeling a bit off i usually don't feel like doing much but either taking the dog for a walk and thinking about stuff maybe laying out on the back porch thinking or maybe just laying down in bed or even going on Mylot to chat with others about things going wrong. What to do when your feeling a bit off is usually just up to what you like to do with life. I also might go through some websites to look for something good to buy.

Not sure what you mean by "off" but if I am moody I may stay indoors and enjoy some solitude in peace and quiet or watch a movie or if either of those is not an option I may try and get out and get some fresh air or a change of scenery.

Well, when i'm feeling a bit off, usually i'll just find a place i can lie down without any disturbances (it's cuz i don't a room) and pop in my earpiece and start listening to music. Usually through music, i'll get to find the motivation i need to proceed with my life..Like you, maybe i'll browse through some websites for good bargains...=]

Like your last point, I like to window shop whether that means actually going out or just looking online. I don't do that much though, so I'd have to say that I usually just come on the computer, or read, etc. I haven't been really doing any of that when I'm feeling off. Mylot stresses me more so I don't usually come on here when I feel off. I might just go outside too, I like doing that to just think.

There are so many situation in life when we think these type of things. Generally these thoughts comes in our mind due to lack of objective in our life. If we not focus to our goal then these thought comes for diverting us.

If I'm feeling a bit off I tend to lay down and take a short nap. It very rarely happens but thats what I do when I don't feel quite right.

When I'm feeling a bit off I usually just sit or lay around contemplating life and the goings on in the world.
You know, it gets your mind focused on something a little meaningful.
This is also why I was quite happy when I found myLot. It definitely helps organize all those life contemplation topics. And it also gets your mind working and gives you a sense of productivity even though you might not have done anything productive.
