Hi anniefannie! I am pretty lucky to have normal neighbors. I have had some strange ones before but now..I have very decent people around me. There used to be a lady that lived across the street from me that would watch us out of her window with her binoculars..LOL..I'd be taking in groceries and there she was..I though for a while she was bird watching or something...lol..after a while I kind of ruled it out. She'd do it in the evening too.

i have neighbors that do not make any sense to me. they cut down my rose bush, which was way, way on my side of the property line, without asking me. i know it was them because i saw the lady cutting it! then, i spent over $2,000 to get the plumbing fixed. seriously, my toilet was about to start backing up into their basement. the man came over and was mad because the crew that was fixing the plumbing had to tear up the road in front of his driveway. they didn't leave it so that they could not get out, they filled the hole in and paved over it, but he was mad that the road was torn up anyway. i told him he should be glad that the road had been torn up because if it had not the poo from my house would have ended up in his basement, and he just threw up his hands and stormed off. what an odd and unpleasant couple they are.
