why steak differentiate with tenderloin and sirloin

Something i dont understand yet abbout steak. why is sparated between sirloin and tenderloin, because for me just the same delicious of them. Put blackpapper for the toping, potatoes, tomatoes sauce and sometimes eat with rice. so Why??

I'm not really clear on the difference except they come from different parts of the steer. A steak from the rear is more tender than one from the flank because the flank has more muscle. One way to cook a cheap and less tender cut of meat is to bake it in tin foil. season it then put some Worcestershire sauce on it--or any other liquid flavoring--some onions and perhaps a potato and some carrots. Seal it up and put it on a baking sheet, bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes then turn it down to 300 for another 45 minutes. No matter how tough the meat is, it will come out tender and delicious.

which one do you prefer? for me it's just the same.i like both, for younger people muscle is much more delicious. make my teeth strong, but dont forget to brush your teeth after eat steak. :-)

I don't like steak that much, although I crave it every few months. Don't forget to floss! I brush 3 times a day and floss at least once. Flossing is to get the gunk off your teeth that turns into hard cement-like deposits. It's soft for about 48 hours and you can get it off. I have tooth damage because I didn't know this. Floss at least once a day and if you don't know how, look it up. You'll be glad you did!
