Fwangaa, I have heard that English is one of the hardest languages to learn. If you read a lot of discussions by native English speakers, it will help you with your grammar and will help your sentences have a better flow. I would tell you that you should not be saying pardon at the end of every sentence. Pardon is forgiveness. Are you asking for forgiveness? Many people, when they do not understand you, may say, "I beg your pardon", but also, if someone is forgiven, or a punishment is taken away it is said that they have been pardoned.
