As I generally observe this thing some person prefers loud music whearas some person enjoy hearing music in only low volume. Even hearing song in high sound disturb others. Sometime hearing songs in high sound also damage the spirit of song as well.
Generally, I prefer hearing songs in low sound only, In my opinion when people heard songs in low volume then effects of the songs directly goes to our mind. Even it is very enjoying experience as well. If we want to enjoy any song or music then we should prefer the low sound music.
Apart from that low sound music also provide calmness and peace of mind as well. It produce restful situation in our mind. By hearing the song or music in low sound, we get true meaning of this song as well.

if someone get disturbed from your behaviour then what you do. Hear music only in low sounds. Otherwise you are doing wrong thing for society. Music os for enjoyment not for disturbing others.

Hi neerajpandey! I would have to say that it all depends on
what type of music I am listening to. I sometimes like to
hear music a bit louder then at other times. If I am doing
some housework and am moving around I like to make it louder.
It helps me to get motivated so I can get my work done! There
are just times that I like to crank it up! Then there are other
times that I will listen to music at a lower volume! But, the
kinds of music that I listen to I most often like to hear my
music loud! That is the generation that I grew up in and I
am used to hearing my music loud!

Is you want to say that your physical moments decides the sound of music you hear. Is you understand music completely when you not concentrated to hearing it.

Hi,
I agree with u that listening to music has its own charm and we shd not spoil it by playing loud music. Whenever i play music in my computer or in the music system i make sure that its not disturbing any one else and iam able to hear the music too. I wont say i play it in a very low volume but its not loud as well.
Honestly when iam alone my hands automatically goes to the vloume bar and i increase it to the fullest. What i can say is by doing it i can get the rhythm of the music better. U know in every song or any music a lot of instruments is used. U wont be able to pick it up by playing it in a low volume. I have a knack of exploring what insturment is used to get a particular sound which is used in a song and for that some times i play it loud.
I have a good collection of Kenny G and love to hear his cd's in a loud vloume.
Cheers,
Tutul

In large sound you can't hear particular sound of any music. Only low sound is good for understanding full meaning of music. Make this as your habit.

Good day, neerajpandey_13. Well, it depends on the place. When I'm alone, I prefer to turn the volume very loud. When there are people around, or at night, I use headphones so that it can't be disturbing. This was my response, happy mylotting.=)

Well, somehow i think that rock music is heard nicer in a high volume, i don't know why, maybe it gives me the adrenaline rush, makes me feel like 'going loose'..lol ^_^ Whereas for low volume, usually the songs would be something gentle, relaxing or soothing, for example, piano pieces, songs that are lullaby-like. haha...so yea, i'm not really used to switching my volume too high, like those people...Maybe they're used to it, but it hurts my ears...

For me, I prefer the in low volume wherein I'll be using headphones. It makes me feel at ease and concentrated. I also tolerate high volumes mainly for my reason to let other people hear and enjoy the music.

I prefer to hear music with the volume low. if it's too hard to make head dizzy and could not enjoy the song. listening to music with the volume too loud can also disrupt neighbors. as you say, listen to songs in the sound effects from the lower track directly into our minds.

I don't really like loud noises, so listening to music on high volume isn't something I usually do. On occasion, like when I'm at a concert, or really feeling pumped up by a good song in the car on a nice day, I enjoy music being loud, but overall, I try to keep the volume down. It's better for my ears and for my brain!

It all depends on the song and the mood I am in. If I am in a rowdy, party mood then I want rowdy, loud, party music but if I am quiet or romantic mood then I like the music to reflect that also.

I prefer soft tones, or the more mellow deep tones of bass. The high tones tend to "hurt" my ears, for some reason, and are not as appealing to me.

oh, HIGH for sure.
I find that if I'm listening to a really catchy song or something, then the louder the better. if I can feel it, I feel happier I guess.
I love jammmin to songs.
like, I play guitar so I tend to jam alot, and I'm also very self conscious about singing, so I like it loud so that no one can hear me:)
I mean, when I'm going to sleep I listen to my music, but I need it to be at a certain exact volume, which is very low, but loud enough for me to hear, because if it's too loud I can't concentrate.
and I dont sleep much anyhow, so concentrating on sleeping rather than music is verrrrry important. like, crucial. otherwise I dont do as well in school, which is important because .. its school xD
and I'm a good student anyhow, so.
mhm, mhm.
I know I'm getting kind of off topic, but .. oh well:)
the more descriptive the better, right?
thanks,
peace.

I like hearing music not in a too high or too low volume, but in a medium volume, which gives us a pleasant atmosphere. Moreover, it is not advisable to hear the music in a higher volume from the prescribed decibals so that our ear drums may get affected due to this and also our mind will get tensed easily and even there are opportunity to go high blood pressure that may result in hypertension.

hi, for me i just want to hear songs in low sound. High Pitch sound makes me irritate and it can affect our hearing. Sometimes when my favorite music is playing i have this tendency of making this music into more volume high but not as high as loud and you can disturb other people. But Generally i listen to music with a range from low to medium tone.

I think that it does depend on the type of music, but it also has to do with me being older. I loved to listen to loud music when I was younger. Over the past few years, I seem to have much more senstive hearing.
