A friend of mine who is a dietician told me the other day that fat gets accumulated in our body in problem areas like abs, hips, thighs, arms etc very easily if we take dinner after 7pm. According to her body cannot break up carbohydrate intake after 7pm.It is not burned therefore gets accumulated in our body in the problem areas. Hi! she too was very plump sometimes back, and now sylvet and slim. At night drink a glass of milk before you sleep to add on to good sleep and dose of calcium. So guys lets see if it works for us. If u have any tip for slimmimg apart from slimming pills and regorous exercise dont forget to share

Hey, it seems that eating before sleep is often blamed for weight gain. The Hibernation Diet suggests that this is not true, instead, knowing how to use our metabolism work for our body and health during sleep is key for slimming. Here in my country others claimed that you should not eat after 6pm ans its called After 6, I have tried this before and it seems to work on me since our body slows down our metabolism at night. I do drink milk at night and eat like 3 pieces of cookies or drink a fresh fruit shake instead depending on my mood.

Well, i have tips for you. I haven't proven it yet, but it is really up to you if you will follow it or not. Have you have heard "after 6 diet"? i just found out that the real concept of this diet is actually almost similar to your dietician friend, a friend told me that "after 6 diet" actually means still being awake for six hours after eating, before 6 pm was just seemed to be the most appropriate time to do this diet so that you early sleep goers can still enjoy sleeping before 12nn. I am working right now and it is true that it is hard for me to do this kind of diet. but for those who have time, this is really nice.

Yes I know. In fact it’s a western practice to have dinner in the evening around 7pm. However, in our eastern countries there is no way we can have dinner that early. In fact in India, the general time for having dinner is past 10om at night…no wonder we Indians are so paunchy.

Well i guess its true because at that time all you want to do is relax after work. You do less at that time so what you've eat will not burn easily. It's just my own opinion. Tip for slimming, I heard that having 2 bananas a day can help your body burn fat so whatever you eat after lunch you wont gain weight. I just heard about that but i havent tried if its true. That's also what they called the japanese diet. Not sure I know some slimming diet i heard on janice dickenson modeling agency show. one model said she drink lemon ice tea for her diet. I hope it helps.

I'm a night owl/student, so my hours are a bit different from that of most folks. I get up around 10-11 am, then go to bed around 2-3 am. Because of that, I shift my last meal/last snack of the day to a bit later at night. However, I try to make it a hard rule to not eat anything after 9pm. That way I'm very well-digested by 2am. Seems to work well for me; I used to eat as late as 1am, and felt horrible because of it.

i was told by 3 diffrent dieticans and drs that is not always true if you eat dinner after 7 then you have to get up and move around in order for it not to cause weight gain my brother put that to the test he stoped eating after 7 and still gained weight he came and asked me for my help and i gave him some advice so he went from 230 pounds down to 165 in a few months and he eats after 7 and he is still losing weight all you have to do is walk and eat right then you will begen to lose weight my brother lost his weight just by walking everyday the no eating after 7 is because a lot of people who eat after 7 get lazy and dont walk or even move so that causes the weight gain.

I have never really understood that at all for there is somewhere in the world where it is morning time when it is night for us. Also what about people who work at those times of the evening or midnight shift? What if you are sleeping more in the daytime than at night. I am more of a night hawk than a day person. Also since I hurt my shoulder & the pain killers make me sleep all times of the day & night so what about me?

I only remember being told not to eat too much at supper, but nobody has ever told me to have supper before some specific time. Also someone said that drinking a cup of milk help us have a good sleep, but i am sure about it and never drink milk before going to bed.
