should you move out when your 18?

Im just turned 18 and still don't know whether I should move out or not. I am going to Uni next year, and the Uni is in the same city as where i currently live, the Campus is real swish, but very expensive. Should i move out? or stay living with my parents?

In my country at the age of 18 most of them are still on the custody of their parents and they are depending to their parents too as even to the married person they are still on their parents which it really give the big deal to the parents who will give an additional members to the family and sometimes it really feels that the people who are like this are not capable to begin their life with the new family that they build for they are not doing their responsibility as a new parents that they have built.
