Hi Dear, I don't think adding tags will fetch you extra money from myLot directly. Tags are basically used for searching or indexing purpose. If you post tags related to you discussion topic, then it will be easily searchably by member of myLot who inturn may respond to your discussion and you will earn money. So if you give a thought, tags will give you money not directly by myLot but by myLot members who can easily search your topics. Senor members can give more thoughts on this.

no it doesn't pay any for tagging , it only pays you for your photos and your posts . well for me i always try to tag the discussions so that the site that i like the most can be organized. i think every one should be grateful to mylot to give them such a wonderful work in which they can earn money as well as they can gain knowledge.

The tags help your discussion be listed in the "other discussions you might be interested in" sections at the bottom or side of the discussions. Strictly speaking tagging a discussion on its own does nothing towards earnings, however it helps draw more people to your discussion and thus hopefully bring more responses which does have a direct impact on your earnings.

I'm not sure if it does or not. I don't think myLot has made any official posting on whether or not putting in tags for your discussions helps or not - but I have seen people who have posted on the site say that it does. Either way, it is suppose to help the site stay organized and if taking 5 seconds to stick in 1 or 2 tags will help myLot stay at its best then why not do it anyways? Its better to do something if you think you might, than not just because you don't have 100% proof.

Hi Dear, I don't think that adding tags will earn you extra money. Tags are basically used for searching or say indexing purpose. Like if you add the tags which are having keywords related to your topic, then it will be easily searchable by other members, who inturn will respond to your discussion and you will earn money indirectly. So in one way adding tags to your discussion will fetch you money, but not directly from myLot but by myLot members. This is what is my thinking, because I myself have skipped the tags many times, but earned quiet a good amount. Senior members may comment on this more, to give us the clear idea.

I think it doesn't. For your information, tag is use for labelling your post. Both discussions and responses could be organized smoothly if they are tagged. So your tag is helpful for your own good. Maybe mylot's admins will helped too and then they reward you with earnings, who knows? As long as it's nothing to lose if we do it, then just do it. Good luck for you and happy mylotting.

no i think this not affect your earnings as well here on mylot!!If you skip the tags for example when you open a discussions so this won't be found when somebody search it using simple tags..and the same for your posts!!
So it is just a system to retireve easely discussions and different topics...not earn more!!

I dont think tagging specifically does but i do think any actions like posting, tagging, rating, photos all count as activity and in some way shape or form count for something. Be it the leaderboards or just making it easier to find or get shown where others can find it. I think tagged discussions are more likely to get a response.

I don't think it happens..There is no relation with tags and money, I guess.
