I am a college student and have been trying to get creative with Ramen noodles. One thing I have been doing is boiling the ramen in water to soften it up and then frying it in a pan with garlic and soy sauce. It comes out very delicious--way better than making ramen soup with the ramen flavor packet.
Does anyone else have any creative Ramen ideas?

You can add peanut butter sauce. 2 tablespoons any peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon sugar. (my family like it with honey instead of the sugar) a teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and some green onions. You cook any flavor of the top Ramen with the flavor packet then drain. mix the peanut butter, sugar, lemon juice and soy sauce together mix with the noodles and add the onions, My grandkids like this a lot except for the onions. It made a good lunch for them when they were little. you could also add some chicken or beef pieces.

That's a good way of doing it. When I was a student, I did the same. Live off on ramen noodles. What my friends and I did was put some vegetables (like cabbage, broccoli or carrots) with it. It becomes healthier and makes you more full. There were times to that we add eggs and/or corned beef.
