Pending Friend Requests............hmmmm

How long would you let someone remain in this category under your friends? I've had a friend ask me to send them this site, then send them a friend request, which I did. I approved this person, but I was apparently never approved back. This person, I'm sure, has'nt even bothered with anything on this site all but one day. That was about 2 months ago. I'm just thinking about deleting their butt, but wonder if they are like me and can't seem to get online as much as I would like. Sad to say, but I could live online if the profit making was actually there. Would you delete the person yourself by now, or wait a bit longer? Oh, and just to let you know, I've tried to get ahold of this person in more ways than one, but to no avail. Go figure.

Well, you just have to give it up. Delete it if you have waited to long, and you don't need to wondering why that person hasn't accepted you yet. Just do what you suppose to do. For me, I would definitely delete him from my list.

That's exactly what I did, delete her from the list. Thanks for responding, and yes, just browse around on here for a bit longer replying to messages before I get dinner going.

I don't really bother much with those types of friends. To me it doesn't make much difference whether or not they approve or not and if they stay in the list. I never look at my list and whenever someone finally accepts it gets sent to my email so its only at that point where I try to figure out why exactly I had sent them a friend request to begin with.
Why it is bothering you anyways?

It does'nt really bother me, but makes me wonder why this person seemed so eager and wanted to be part o here. Called to even remind me the same night about it. Then nothing. The only reason why I noticed is when I came on, I saw that I had one friend request. When I went there, I decided just to check it out and saw she was still there under pending. I just could'nt help but wonder why she made it an ordeal to not follow up with it. Then again, that's how people operate. It did bother me for a moment, but not anymore.
