are you doing exercise when you get up in the moring?

recently, i don't do any exercise. i think do some exercise are helpful for your health. i always run in the moring one years ago. but when my foot was hurt . i had to stop the run in the moring. i want to run again. that will bring more energy for whole day work. my gardon..

I would love to run. I can barely move because of my arthritis so I can't exercise much. I remember how wonderful it was to run! Enjoy it while you can.

I found that when I walked regularly it really helped the arthritis in my knee. I also take lots of vitamins that are supposed to help. I never was a runner, though.

Gerty, the more I walk the more it hurts. I know I have to go to the doctor, I haven't been to a doc for about 3 years, but I'm trying to lose some weight first. I need to lose about 40 pounds--if I don't, he won't take me seriously and tell me everything that's wrong with me is because I'm too fat. I'll go see a doc in about 4 months when I can get an honest diagnosis and not a prejudiced one.

I am not a morning person at all. I can't bring myself to wake up any earlier than is absolutely necessary to get myself ready and to work on time. Because of this, working out in the morning has never been part of my routine. I am a late-night gym goer. I like to sweat away the stress of the day and then have a refreshing shower before bed. I know that working out in the morning is supposedly better for you, but I like my routine :)

I don't do exercise in the morning as I will be a little busy then. I wake up around six to prepare breakfast for my son before he goes to school. Then I have to wake my girl up to go marketing. After that I had household chores to do. So no exercise for me in the morning.

I don't exercise in the morning right after I wake up. Usually I exercise in the late morning or late afternoon.

Well, not really...Because whenever i get up, i'll already be rushing to go to class...haha, yea i always wake up like exactly 2 hours before my class starts so i'd have better sleep and i will be able to concentrate on my work. But well, i do stretch hre and there, kinda like a warm up to get my body flexible moving about...=]

I do. I stopped though. I got lazier and lazier. It's sometimes due to the lack of knowledge of exercises? I mean, I get up in the morning and I do a couple of crunches and push ups but that's all. I achieved a few goals, but after a while I got bored of the same old exercises. I actually like the feeling of being tired and burnt out when going to school after exercising. Do you guys recommend any good exercises without equipment?

What I should do is walk or exercise in the morning, but I do not. I think you are right, I would have more energy if I did.
