Chicken recipes please!

I'm hoping some of you out there might have some good, easy chicken recipes for me. I only shop once a fortnight as we are in a very rural area and it's too hard to go to town much more than that. I always have chicken breasts in the freezer but at times I find myself struggling for something to do with them. I have a 2 & 3 year old so I need things that they will enjoy too.
We do the usual things like chicken schnitzels or paramagianas, kebabs, stuffed chicken breasts (stuffed with cheese & pesto or similar), or just plain chicken breasts but I would loves some more ideas!

I'm a chicken addict! I could eat chicken everyday! 
One of my favorite recipe my mom does with chicken is called the Buttered Chicken Ironically, it's not cooked with plain butter but the chicken is cooked with ketchup!
I just love it, try it with your kids, they might like it also since it's a bit sweet.
