What do you usually drink in the morning, especially during breakfast? All the people living in the house drinks for coffee aside from me, as I prefer to drink tea rather than coffee. How about you, what do you usually drink, and how many cups or glasses do you tend to drink in a day. I know there are coffee addict out there, soda lovers and such. ^^ Please feel free to give out your opinions. Thanks. Cheers! - Amaine

I am definitly a coffee drinker. I used to drink 3-4 cups every morning to wake me up and then more throughout the day. Now I just drink 2 cups in the morning and then water or iced tea during the day. The morning would just be awful to me without a nice hot cup of coffee with cream and sugar.

You're a coffee addict! :) That's nice, coffee is not bad for the body, unless you drink too much than what is enough. Alright?

Everybody in our house is a tea person including me. coffee is not regular with us, maybe occasionally. We just have to have our cup of tea first thing in the morning.

Agree, a cup of tea is refreshing and it cleans the body.

I try to drink 16oz of water each morning before I have my cup of coffee. It wakes me up just as well and gets my body in motion. By the time I get to my coffee, I don't feel like I need as much of it, and I only have a little. This saves me calories because I don't ingest all the extra cream I like to put in my coffee, and it also keeps me from getting dehydrated from all the caffeine. Since doing this, I have become less dependent on my coffee, and I feel much healthier.

Ah, that's good. :) At least you are not being "coffee dependent" like some other people that I know. It's like as if they can't go on the day without drinking more and more coffee, and craves for it.

Not drinking something during the meal? Haha really.. I don't think that I can do it, I like drinking water before and after meal, as it makes me feel full. That way I don't have to eat a lot.

I usually drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning & an energy drink at about 3:30 (the time of day when I usually 'crash') and that's about it as far as caffeine goes. . I've never really been a big coffee OR tea drinker - but I find that coffee wakes me up A LOT better than tea for some reason (most likely the caffeine content).

Yea, some people likes the caffeine content, but. I don't know, haha maybe I am really not used to having caffeine. I am not a coke addict as well. Does that make me look weird?
