Texting while driving? BAD OR GOOD?

Texting while driving? A big NO, NO!!! You know, all countries should implement a law regarding this matter.. Drivers who do texting while driving should be punished.. They could kill/take a way a life if they do that! I have been hearing a lot of incidents relating to this issue and yet the government seem so insensitive about it.. Yay! If I were the president, I would strongly enforce this law to save thousands of lives!
