who is owner of the internet?

do you ever ask your friends, teacher, or your parent even your prof. always in mind i ask who do become the owner of this internet world, you can give a comment on this question ????

As the other responder stated, there is no one single owner, it is a collective governed by the users. The internet is not a tangible thing that can be owned, it is merely a distributed network linking computers together. There is a governing board called ICANN, but ICANN's sole purpose is to keep the procedure for IP address assignment and DNS naming streamlined and controlled.
