that's the best food ever. i usually buy a kilo of every week. i won't care anymore about healthy eating if lechon is already in front of me! i just stopped eating it when im running out cash since it is an expensive food.

Lechon is what we prepare when there is a birthday, fiesta in my country and Christmas. We love to eat lechon but it needs also to be careful to eat lechon especially to the people who have a high blood pressure for they might get harm if they eat too much of lechon.

I have never tasted a pork in my life.well i think i wont ever try it too.because i am not use to eating anything in meat except chicken. very rare i eat lamb.
but that too against our religion.Yes i know it sounds a bit weird but it is our religion that we cannot cut or bleed any animal to fill our stomach.but still we have crossed them, not all but we actually just eat chicken.my friends do eat lechon but i never tried it yet.
happy mylotting.

Yes, I love eating lechon. it's one of my favorite filipino dishes. we typically buy at Lydia's lechon branch here in the south. I like to pair it with hot rice and Mang tomas sauce. Yummy! I like the crispy skin part most. Where there is a left over, my mother typically tranform it to a new dish, a delicious paksiw! i like her own version of lechong paksiw. the mixture is just right, not too sour!
