Is this your first baby? If so then, you may not notice the baby moving around as early as someone who has had a baby before. The normal period for feeling the baby move is 16 to 22 weeks. Which puts you right in the middle of that right time frame so it should be any day you'll feel that first jab, and that baby will start kicking you all the time and you'll wish for those days when the baby was less active, lol. With my first full term pregnancy I felt him at about 16 weeks, with my little girl she was little earlier, because I could tell it was the baby and not just normal stomach flutterings.

actualy am a father now. i know when my wife feel something move in her stomach. according to my experience 5 moth invant is actually start more active movement, almost 5 times a day. i think u must check up to the expert.
my baby is girl, my mom said similar with my experince, but not for male invant. the infant movement more rarely then the female. but it's importan to check up regulary one in a month. hopely useful.

Yes it is still normal, when i got pregnant to my youngest daughter i have also a doubt that i am not pregnant because i never feel the baby kicking my abdomen until i took a test for an ultra sound to be sure that the baby is ok. I just only feel her movement in my womb when she was 7 months and it really hurt me a lot for only the right side of my abdomen was having a movement and i could not sleep well at night on that.
