Hi, I am new and I want to get an idea what people usually write about?
I am good in story myself but I doubt people have patient to read my crazy stories. I like to write reviews on musical & soundtracks as well. Then it will be some informative articles that I am interested in.
So how do you usually start from? And what do you like to write about?

You may like to post your stories in Associated Content for readers to comment. There are some writers in AC who write mainly short stories. Some like to write ghost stories, some like fantasy stories, no matter how "crazy" your stories are, just post them up for readers to enjoy.
If you enjoy writing, there will be people who enjoy reading.
If you want to write those that can earn more money, have to write those "how to" lose weight, save money kind of articles.

Hi Minimeow, I do not write as many as some of the other writers here.
Some are full time writers, their main income source is from writing.
I write to some popular topics mainly on money and love. But I do not follow strictly the SEO tactics of writing. I just write what I feel.
I have more than 91 articles and slideshows in AC, from history, reflections on life, book review, profile of writers to "How to" articles and college courseworks.
If you want an easier writing experience, just take a lot of photos and write the caption. The page view in AC for slideshow is not great, but still better than nothing.

I use to write some stories too when I was younger. But when I joined some publications when I was still in school, I had to write articles mostly "against" the school ahaha.. After graduating, I still write some stuffs to express my self.. ^_^
